3. Return Shipping

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit or refund instead.

7. Faulty or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos showing the issue.

  • In such cases, we will either provide a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
